TMS Clinic team

     We are a team of mental health professionals working together at the Psychiatric Clinic of the Medical University of Warsaw. Thanks to many years of working together, we are able to build stable and safe conditions of care and support for the Patient.
At the same time, the diverse education of each of us allows us to look at the situation and the problems of the patient in a joint dialogue in a multifaceted and interdisciplinary manner and thus holistically.  


Magdalena Więdłocha, PhD, MD
Psychiatrist
I am a specialist in psychiatry, a graduate of the Medical University of Wroclaw, an assistant and a doctoral student at the Psychiatric Clinic of the Medical University of Warsaw.
 
I have been combining clinical and academic work for almost 10 years, my interests include biological determinants of psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacology and neuroplasticity
issues.
 
I gained experience in diagnosis and psychiatric treatment in the Mazovian Specialist Health Center in Pruszków, Wolski Hospital, Mental Health Outpatient Clinics and day wards.   

I currently serve as the manager of the Vertimed+ Neurotic Disorders Day Unit.    

In the Warsaw Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Center KetamineClinic.pl I conduct treatment of depressive disorders with ketamine in intravenous infusions.    

Weronika Dębowska, PhD
Neurobiologist, TMS therapy specialist
I graduated from Psychology at the SWPS University and then obtained a PhD degree defending my dissertation with honors in the field of neurobiology at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology of the Polish Academy of Sciences. I am a scholarship holder of START program of the Foundation for Polish Science, and my professional career has been closely connected with scientific work from the beginning. Currently, I am an assistant professor at the Psychiatric Clinic of the Medical University of Warsaw.   

My scientific interests include mainly the phenomenon of brain neuroplasticity, neuroimaging and non-invasive neurostimulation techniques. I am the author of numerous publications and scientific papers in the field of neuroscience and psychiatry.    

I have completed the Clinical TMS Certification Course recognized by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) and accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

I am a member of the Section of Biological Psychiatry of the Polish Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society.  
Piotr Marcinowicz, PhD, MD
Psychiatrist
I received my medical and psychiatric education in Wroclaw, Warsaw, Oxford and Hamburg. 

At the moment I mainly treat drug-resistant patients, specializing in difficult and complicated cases.
 
I am a doctoral student at the Medical University of Warsaw, where I teach and conduct research on depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. I am particularly interested in the molecular basis of psychiatric disorders and drug action, which is reflected in my scientific output.
 
I am a pioneer of intravenous ketamine treatment in Poland (as of 04.2020), currently working in the Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Center KetamineClinic.pl  in Warsaw's Ochota district, founded by myself.  
Marta Dębowska, PhD
Psychologist, psychotherapist
I graduated from the SWPS University and I have also completed psychotherapeutic training at the Institute of Group Analysis. Institute of Group Analysis and postgraduate studies in clinical sexology. 

I obtained the title of Doctor of Health Sciences at the Medical University of Warsaw. I am the author and co-author of publications on psychiatry, psychology and clinical sexology.

I work in the Mazovian Specialist
Health Center in Pruszków, in the Psychiatric Clinic of the Medical University of Warsaw and I also run a private practice.
